Tectorius TEC-FLON™ fluorocarbon (Teflon™) is a reliable thread masking material that prevents weld spatter, paints, primers, powder coating and some platings from adhering to a wide range of threaded fasteners including weld studs, weld nuts, studs and screws in both ferrous and non ferrous materials. Unlike competitive materials, TEC-FLON is applied at a moderate temperature and can be coated over most platings and finishes without risking thermal damage to the substrate.

Available in 3 colors White, Green and Cream, TEC-FLON™ fluorocarbon (Teflon) will improve lubricity and reduce drive torque assuring a uniform clamp load.  TEC-FLON™ is solvent and high temperature resistant.
