Dri-Loc is a dry-to-the-touch preapplied film for threaded fasteners. It remains inert on the fastener until assembly of the threads releases a quick curing resin. The resin fills all the voids in the threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly.
Locking and Sealing for Brass. During assembly of the
fitting/fastener, a microencapsulated activator is released,
intiating the curing process. The coating fills all the voids in the
threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly.
Brass-loc is a low to medium strength thread locker AND sealant that will not corrode brass.
These series of products contain a microencapsulated,
reactive element that is suspended in a quick curing, waterborne resin. The shearing forces caused by installation of the fastener to the mating part release the activator to allow curing of the resin matrix. The resulting chemical reaction rapidly bonds the surfaces, locking parts together and sealing leak paths. TECTORIUS TEC-BOND products offer consistent and predictable torque values and requires no heat or primers for curing.

machinability, in addition to increasing the durability and
surface quality. The hardened resins exhibit superior
chemical resistance and elevated temperature stability.
The microscopic voids, where potential leaks occur
(between metal grains or ceramic plastic molecules) in
the part are filled by the low viscosity resin during
vacuum application. Sealed micropores cure without
shrinkage to form tough cross-linked thermoset polymer,
permanently sealing the workpiece.
Anaerobic curing impregnation sealant
Seal porosity in metal castings and powder metal parts. Applied with a vacuum impregnation process that removes air from the pores and then fills the pores with liquid sealant.
Large Microcapsules for M6 and larger. Works best with Loctite® 2045™, 201™, 204™ and STS™ Dri-Loc® products.
NOT suggested for fine threads and small fasteners M6 or smaller.

Molykote® 321 Dry Film Lubricant is designed for use on parts that are inaccessible for lubrication after assembly; require a dry, thin lubricating film; or normally experience high initial wear on running-in new or rebuilt equipment.
