      • Dri-Loc 2045 Red
        • Designed for plated and stainless steel fasteners. High dried adhesion, fast cure, high temperature (400F) meets GME51 & WX200. Use with loctite P2 and P3 caps.
      • Dri-Loc STS Light Blue
        • Sealing and medium strength threadlocking, fast cure. Meets GM6124M, GM14657A, Chrysler MScc 76-b.
      • Dri-Loc is a dry-to-the-touch preapplied film for threaded fasteners. It remains inert on the fastener until assembly of the threads releases a quick curing resin. The resin fills all the voids in the threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly.

      • Brass-Loc 2020 Purple
        • Locking and Sealing for Brass. During assembly of the fitting/fastener, a microencapsulated activator is released, intiating the curing process. The coating fills all the voids in the threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly.
      • Brass-loc is a low to medium strength thread locker AND sealant that will not corrode brass.
    • Tectorius Tec-Bond
      • Tec-Bond 2353
        • These series of products contain a microencapsulated, reactive element that is suspended in a quick curing, waterborne resin. The shearing forces caused by installation of the fastener to the mating part release the activator to allow curing of the resin matrix. The resulting chemical reaction rapidly bonds the surfaces, locking parts together and sealing leak paths. TECTORIUS TEC-BOND products offer consistent and predictable torque values and requires no heat or primers for curing. The adhesives remain dormant until the shearing action of engaging the fastener into a nut or threaded cavity breaks the capsules and allows the adhesives to cure.

      • Bradley Epoxies are microencapsulated adhesives. The adhesives remain dormant until the shearing action of the assembly activates the resin. Both the resin and the activator are encapsulated to speed up the locking cure time.

      • Mechanical Nylon Patch or 360° is permanently bonded to the fastener threads and compresses upon engagement, causing a counterforce resulting in the torque value required.
    • Thread Locking provides excellent resistance to vibration and loosening. The adhesive is activated during assembly and cures to form a tough polymer that locks and seals.

      • Imprex 95-1000AC
        • Used to create leak proof parts, improving machinability, in addition to increasing the durability and surface quality. The hardened resins exhibit superior chemical resistance and elevated temperature stability. The microscopic voids, where potential leaks occur (between metal grains or ceramic plastic molecules) in the part are filled by the low viscosity resin during vacuum application. Sealed micropores cure without shrinkage to form tough cross-linked thermoset polymer, permanently sealing the workpiece.
