      • Dri-Loc is a dry-to-the-touch preapplied film for threaded fasteners. It remains inert on the fastener until assembly of the threads releases a quick curing resin. The resin fills all the voids in the threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly.

        • These series of products contain a microencapsulated, reactive element that is suspended in a quick curing, waterborne resin. The shearing forces caused by installation of the fastener to the mating part release the activator to allow curing of the resin matrix. The resulting chemical reaction rapidly bonds the surfaces, locking parts together and sealing leak paths. TECTORIUS TEC-BOND products offer consistent and predictable torque values and requires no heat or primers for curing.         • Used to create leak proof parts, improving machinability, in addition to increasing the durability and surface quality. The hardened resins exhibit superior chemical resistance and elevated temperature stability. The microscopic voids, where potential leaks occur (between metal grains or ceramic plastic molecules) in the part are filled by the low viscosity resin during vacuum application. Sealed micropores cure without shrinkage to form tough cross-linked thermoset polymer, permanently sealing the workpiece.
