          Fluorescent Peach Color, High strength. The lubricity characteristics of Dri-Loc 205 emulate an uncoated fastener or fitting to provide more predictable torque/tension performance during assembly. Meets GM6175M.
      • Dri-Loc 2045 Red
        • Designed for plated and stainless steel fasteners. High dried adhesion, fast cure, high temperature (400F) meets GME51 & WX200. Use with loctite P2 and P3 caps.
      • Dri-Loc STS Light Blue
        • Sealing and medium strength threadlocking, fast cure. Meets GM6124M, GM14657A, Chrysler MScc 76-b.
      • Dri-Loc is a dry-to-the-touch preapplied film for threaded fasteners. It remains inert on the fastener until assembly of the threads releases a quick curing resin. The resin fills all the voids in the threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly.
    • Loctite Brass-Loc
      • Brass-Loc 2020 Purple
        • Locking and Sealing for Brass. During assembly of the fitting/fastener, a microencapsulated activator is released, intiating the curing process. The coating fills all the voids in the threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly.
      • Brass-loc is a low to medium strength thread locker AND sealant that will not corrode brass.
    • Tectorius Tec-Bond
      • Tec-Bond 2353
        • These series of products contain a microencapsulated, reactive element that is suspended in a quick curing, waterborne resin. The shearing forces caused by installation of the fastener to the mating part release the activator to allow curing of the resin matrix. The resulting chemical reaction rapidly bonds the surfaces, locking parts together and sealing leak paths. TECTORIUS TEC-BOND products offer consistent and predictable torque values and requires no heat or primers for curing.       • TECTORIUS™ 2353 and 2510 SERIES threadlocking products are room temperature curing, microencapsulated, adhesives that can be applied to male or female threaded fasteners of virtually all sizes, configurations, compositions and finishes.

      • 3M Fastener Adhesives are Microencapsulated, room temperature curing adhesives which enhance the anchorage of threaded fasteners. The adhesives remain dormant until the shearing action of engaging the fastener into a nut or threaded cavity breaks the capsules and allows the adhesives to cure.

      • Bradley Epoxies are microencapsulated adhesives. The adhesives remain dormant until the shearing action of the assembly activates the resin. Both the resin and the activator are encapsulated to speed up the locking cure time.

        • Our White Nylon Patch is a Resilient, environmentally safe material formulated to upgrade any fastener to a re-usable, self-locking fastener that will automatically feed and requires no curing.
      • Nylon Patch 360° Coverage - Black Nylon
        • 360 Degree mechanical thread locking. Can be used on Nuts.
      • Mechanical Nylon Patch or 360° is permanently bonded to the fastener threads and compresses upon engagement, causing a counterforce resulting in the torque value required.
    • Thread Locking provides excellent resistance to vibration and loosening. The adhesive is activated during assembly and cures to form a tough polymer that locks and seals.

          LOCTITE® Product DRI-SEAL® 5030 is a high viscosity, nontoxic, thixotropic, preapplied, water-based thread sealant. When dried, it becomes a resilient, tight clinging, non-curing sealant for tapered threads. The product provides excellent solvent resistance. UL approved for Propane and Natural Gas.

        • Dri-Seal™ 513 (Low Viscosity) is a resilient, tight clinging, non-curing sealant for tapered or straight threads. This product can be used on metal or plastic fittings. NSF approved for Potable Water.

The product provides excellent solvent resistance and resistance to vibrational loosening. The products thread filling ability and prevailing torque characteristics are effective for use on sealing applications, particularly where readjustments are required.

        • Robost sealing performance. Excellent resistance to automotive fluids and can withstand high temperatures and pressures.

    • Federal Process Everseal

        • UL approved sealant for Propane or Natural Gas. NSF approved for potable water use.
      • Everseal 483 White
        • Thread sealeant that maintains an effective seal even after re-insertion. Water based formula and a quick cure time.
      • Excellent water based sealant for sealing against air, hydraulic and most other fluids.
    • Thread Sealing Permanently seal tapered and parallel threads, providing an instant seal, but still allowing disassembly.

      • Imprex 95-1000AC
        • Used to create leak proof parts, improving machinability, in addition to increasing the durability and surface quality. The hardened resins exhibit superior chemical resistance and elevated temperature stability. The microscopic voids, where potential leaks occur (between metal grains or ceramic plastic molecules) in the part are filled by the low viscosity resin during vacuum application. Sealed micropores cure without shrinkage to form tough cross-linked thermoset polymer, permanently sealing the workpiece.
      • Anaerobic curing impregnation sealant
    • Seal porosity in metal castings and powder metal parts. Applied with a vacuum impregnation process that removes air from the pores and then fills the pores with liquid sealant.
